There has been a bit of movement on the pricing this month with the USA offering a temporary $1,000 discount on the Model Y and Model Y LR models for February only. It will be interesting to see if the pricing reverts back on the 1st of March. Due to this being temporary I have not updated the pricing tables in the forecast.

The price of the Model 3 LR in the USA has increased by $1,750 in 3 hops (1K on the 4th, $500 on the 13th and $250 on the 22nd) showing the new Highland refresh is in strong demand. The price of white seats on the Model 3 (not the Model Y) has also gone up from $1,000 to $1,500. Sneaky.

Back in January we saw some significant price cutting (5,000 euro) on the Model Y in Europe.

Australia has remained steady, apart from the HPWC increasing in cost by $50 to $800. I do not expect any pricing changes until April.

The USD to AUD has remained stable but the long-term weakening is still continuing to put upward pressure on pricing. A further decline of 2.76% over the past 100 days has occurred. The purple line represents the 100 day moving average over the past 2 years.

At this point it is likely we will see a slight price rise in April. More details in the tracking sheet.
